Panesco are celebrating 20 years with the launch of the Sweet Cocktail Collection. This unique product is an assorted box of filled sweet dessert glasses, inspired on four classic cocktail recipes: Mojito - mousse of mint on chocolate brownie with a coulis of white rum and a fresh mint leaf. Pina Colada: alternated layers of batida de coco mousse and pinapple topped with almond & coconut crumble. Tequila Sunrise: layers of grenadine (pomegranate), orange coulis and a tequila mousse, finished with a layer of mango puree. Kir Royal: champagne jelly with crushed pistachio nuts and woodland strawberries, a strawberry mousse layer finished with a strawberry coulisand batons of meringue. Serve chilled between 8 and 12 degrees.
